Thank you for connecting with us at Augsburg Lutheran Church. At Augsburg, we value you and your story. We believe that God loves all of us, no matter what. We invite you to share in God’s love at Augsburg and in the ways we are called to serve beyond our walls. We invite you to be part of our shared story.

As you look around this website you will find a variety of ways to connect with us at Augsburg. Our connections begin in worship and through God’s gifts of the Sacraments of Baptism and Holy Communion. You are welcome to come to the font and gather at the table. We invite you to attend any of our worship services throughout the year. Join us as we share together a vibrant expression of worship rooted in God’s Word and Lutheran liturgy.

When you attend worship for the first time, we will probably notice you are new and connect with you. However, you are also welcome to seek us out before or after worship for conversation. We look forward to meeting you. 

Our connections continue through our relationships with one another. Being together as the Body of Christ in community is an important part of who we are. You will find community in our faith formation like Sunday School, Bible Studies, and Pub Theology; community in our intergenerational fellowship ministries and opportunities for our youth and children to gather; and community in the passions that connect us like the arts and shared hobbies. There is a place in this community for you.

Our connections also lead us beyond the Augsburg campus as we seek to love our neighbors as Christ has called us. In the Community portion of this website, you will find a list of many of the ways that God connects us to serve our neighbors. This is an important part of our faith expression at Augsburg. There is something for everyone and every ability as we care for our neighbors near and far.

We know that for some, reconnecting with church can be a challenge based on previous experiences. We are mindful of that and want to walk with you explore how God might be at work in different ways at Augsburg than what you might have experienced in other settings. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.
